Winner of the 2024 French-Australian Excellence Award in the Arts, Culture, Events and Entertainment category, and author of seven published works, Olivier delivers measurable outcomes for organisations where strategic influence matters most.

Léo Carella

Léo is a former professional rugby player whose high-performance sports career shaped his understanding of leadership, resilience, and collective success. Transitioning to business, he developed a strong ability to connect people, navigate complex environments, and support growth-oriented initiatives.

For The Argonauts Series, Léo collaborates with founders and senior executives to foster meaningful relationships and turn ideas into concrete outcomes. He brings performance, empathy, and clarity to every engagement—ensuring the C-suite connections that matter.

Creative Director

Caroline Seltz

Caroline brings 20+ years of expertise in visual communication, including 9 years as an Artistic Director for a 360° communication agency in Paris. Her experience includes serving as Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator (Alliance Française Sydney) alongside a freelance career focused on brand identities. She’s a published children's book illustrator and has showcased her work through various exhibitions and murals. She combines strategic marketing rigour with a versatile creative touch.
